Self catering cottages
Cottages are available after 4pm on the day of arrival. When you arrive at your cottage you will find the key under a stone by the main entrance so please let yourselves in and make yourselves at home. Your beds will be made up ready for you and towels will be provided. We do ask that these are not taken out of the property to the beach etc however please.
We love dogs, and they are welcome by prior arrangement, but please don’t allow them on the furnishings and beds and we request that you clean up after your pet in consideration of future visitors. Thank you.
Your room will be available after 4pm on the day of arrival. We should be there to greet you however if there is no one at the house then you can contact us on 01437 710360 (you should get mobile reception from on the grassy bank!) alternatively you will find us at the Stables just up the lane or East Nolton Farmhouse and we will come down to welcome you.
Food Allergies and Intolerances
We would appreciate any guest who has a known food allergy or intolerance to let us know as soon as possible so that we can endeavour to cater for their needs.
We prepare a variety of foods in our kitchen and common allergens may be present but we are more than happy to give you information about ingredients used and sourcing of products so please just ask us.
Where possible we will provide alternatives and do whatever we can to make your stay comfortable.
Bookings are to be accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total holiday price. The full amount is payable if the booking is taken 4 weeks or less prior to the commencement of the holiday
We request that the full amount be paid 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday for self - catering properties and 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday for package breaks and bed and breakfast bookings.
Payment will be taken via a Secure Worldpay Payment Link that we will email to you. This method is convenient and secure, and allows us to ensure your payment has been recognised immediately.
Should you wish to cancel your holiday with us less than six weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday for self catering holidays, and four weeks for package breaks and B&B, we shall endeavour to re-let the holiday. If we are successful then we will return all monies less the initial deposit . If we are unable to do so then you will be held liable for the full cost of your cancelled holiday.
We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance when making a booking. We hope you have a wonderful holiday!
