Visit Wales 4 Star Set in 2 acres of gardens The Burgage is a 3 bedroom holiday cottage designed in 1964. It is just a five min stroll to the sheltered cove of Nolton Haven and the Mariners Inn which serves excellent food and overlooks the beach. 1/2 mile to Stables.

Holiday Cottage close to beach at Nolton Haven, a sheltered sandy cove on the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path which is five minutes walk away from this family friendly holiday home and location.

An architect (late Monty Minter) designed the house with original features which featured in Homes & Gardens magazine in 1964.

Daintymaid kitchen supplied by Harrods, open plan split- level kitchen, living and eating area with log burning stove, comfy sofas.

Huge floor to ceiling patio doors open onto the 2 acres of peaceful, private, garden with gate opening onto the lane down to Nolton Haven.

Accommodation

Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 6 plus cot. 1 double, 1 twin and 1 double on lower ground floor. Bedlinen provided.

Bathroom with full suite and shower over bath. You will need to bring your own bath and beach towels.

Living/Dining/Kitchen open plan with fitted kitchen, electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, breakfast bar and stools.

Living area with floor to ceiling patio doors to balcony, comfy sofas, log burning stove. Sky tv/cd/radio. Steps down to:-

Dining area with table and chairs seating 6, high chair. Patio doors to garden. Telephone in hall.

Shower Room on lower ground floor with shower, toilet and washbasin. Please note that towels are NOT provided unless requested.

Utility Room - automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, double sink.

Fuel oil central heating, starter pack of coal and logs.

Grounds 2 acres of gardens bordered by a stream part wild and somewhat overgrown, part mown.

Ample Parking please note 5 steps down to front door from parking area.

Upon arrival: Self catering cottages

Cottages are available after 4pm on the day of arrival. When you arrive at your cottage you will find the key under a stone by the main entrance so please let yourselves in and make yourselves at home. Your beds will be made up ready for you and towels will be provided. We do ask that these are not taken out of the property to the beach etc however please.

We love dogs, and they are welcome by prior arrangement, but please don’t allow them on the furnishings and beds and we request that you clean up after your pet in consideration of future visitors. Thank you.

Booking Conditions

Bookings are to be accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total holiday price. The full amount is payable if the booking is taken 4 weeks or less prior to the commencement of the holiday

We request that the full amount be paid 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday for self - catering properties and 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday for package breaks and bed and breakfast bookings.

Payment will be taken via a Secure Worldpay Payment Link that we will email to you. This method is convenient and secure, and allows us to ensure your payment has been recognised immediately.

Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your holiday with us less than six weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday for self catering holidays, and four weeks for package breaks and B&B, we shall endeavour to re-let the holiday. If we are successful then we will return all monies less the initial deposit . If we are unable to do so then you will be held liable for the full cost of your cancelled holiday.

We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance when making a booking. We hope you have a wonderful holiday!
